Information about using Girmah's application, enquiry and student services.

Applications and enquiries
We collect the contact details, qualifications, programme choice and other information you enter to respond to enquiries, process applications, administer enrolment and payments, provide learning services and issue certificates. Please supply only information relevant to your request.
Service providers
The website uses hosting, database, email and SMS providers to deliver these services. Payment details are handled by the payment provider selected at checkout. Card credentials are not collected by the application form. Website chat messages may be processed by an AI service and stored for admissions follow-up; do not enter sensitive personal information into chat.
Programme updates
The optional programme-news checkbox is separate from application processing. You can ask Girmah to stop programme marketing at any time using the contact address above.
Access and correction
Contact Girmah to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or withdrawal of optional marketing permission. Some education, payment or certificate records may need to be retained for administrative or record-keeping purposes. Ask Girmah about the retention period applicable to your record.
Public profiles and photos
Contact Girmah if you want an alumni listing or photograph corrected or removed. Programme marketing permission does not authorise publication of a name, photograph or testimonial.
Analytics and external links
The site uses Meta Pixel to measure visits and application events. External services such as WhatsApp and payment providers have their own privacy terms. Review them before sharing information.
